Francesco is the founding partner of the DMC Group. His experience covers a wide range of projects including luxury condominium & commercial high-rise buildings, power lines, manufacturing plants, oil & gas processing facilities, military-related projects, educational facilities, modular construction, highway infrastructure, parking garages, and roadways in the United States and the Middle East. He has provided claims consulting services for clients such as project owners, financial institutions, construction lenders, contractors, construction managers, developers, universities, government agencies, attorneys, and insurance companies.

Steve is experienced in the fields of civil engineering, construction, and facility management. He has managed major capital improvement projects for the US Navy's Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division including facility repair, sustainment, and renovation projects.
Steve is experienced in all aspects of the construction process, including the review of schedules, technical drawings and specifications, engineering reports, quality control evaluations, design coordination, and program management. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Pennsylvanian.
